For over three decades, we have been instrumental in the development and delivery of more than 125 residential, commercial, and hospitality-led refurbishment and new-build projects.
Our philosophy is straightforward: we design and create bespoke developments that integrate seamlessly into their surroundings. Based in the North West of England, we leverage our deep local expertise to identify sites that can be thoughtfully developed to benefit the local community.

Anthony brings four decades of unparalleled experience in the property and construction industry. Throughout his distinguished career he has personally developed and built over 400 homes, and has worked with some of the largest house builders in the United Kingdom. His portfolio is diverse — from residential developments to conservation works — and his exceptional skills in land acquisition, planning and project management have been pivotal to Housn's success.

Co-Founder, Commercial & Project Director
With 33 years in the industry, Mike epitomises strategic leadership and commercial acumen. As Commercial Director and Project Director he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous high-profile projects, including the extension of Manchester United. His expertise spans residential developments, contract management and commercial leadership, making him a trusted and respected figure in the industry.
Michael Talbot
Sales Director
Michael began his property journey over 25 years ago and has been involved in some of the UK's most prestigious projects, instrumental in developing over 100 projects worth more than £800 million. He plays an active role in our property division focusing on providing housing for the most vulnerable members of society — to date delivering over 150 properties with key housing associations and Registered Providers across the UK.
